1. Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts must be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Authors must ensure the manuscript follows proper academic writing standards.
  • The manuscript must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
  • Submission must be conducted through the Open Journal System (OJS).
  • The manuscript file must be in editable format (MS Word).
  • Author identity must be removed from the manuscript for double-blind review.
  • Manuscripts must follow the journal template.

2. Plagiarism Screening

All submitted manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate. Manuscripts with high similarity index will be rejected or returned for revision.

3. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process and will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. The evaluation includes relevance to the journal scope, originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to knowledge. Final decisions are made by the editorial board.

4. Manuscript Revision

  • Authors must respond to reviewers’ comments in a point-by-point format.
  • All revisions must be clearly highlighted in the revised manuscript.
  • Authors should ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness of content.

5. Originality

Authors must submit only original work. If the manuscript is an extension of previous work (conference, thesis, etc.), it must be clearly cited and explained. Proper citation of all sources is mandatory.

6. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscript Length

  • Research Article: 5,000 – 8,000 words
  • Review Article: 4,000 – 7,000 words

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title (max. 20 words)
  2. Author(s) (name, affiliation, email)
  3. Abstract (150–250 words)
  4. Keywords (3–5 words)
  5. Introduction
  6. Literature Review (optional)
  7. Methodology
  8. Results and Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. Acknowledgment (optional)
  11. References

Formatting

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Spacing: 1.5
  • Paper size: A4

Tables

  • Tables must be editable (not images)
  • Numbered using Arabic numerals
  • Title placed above the table

Figures

  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF (min. 300 dpi)
  • Caption placed below the figure
  • Must be cited in the text

Citation

In-text citations must follow APA style:
(Author, Year) | (Author & Author, Year) | (Author et al., Year)

References

  • Use APA Style (7th Edition)
  • Minimum 10 references
  • Preferably from the last 5 years

7. Template

Authors must use the official journal template before submission.

8. Author Fees (APC)

This journal applies an open access policy.

  • No submission fee
  • Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 150,000 (after acceptance)

  • Manuscripts that do not follow these guidelines will be returned.
  • The editorial board reserves the right to edit manuscripts without changing the substance.
