Inclusive education is an approach that ensures equal access to education for all learners, including persons with disabilities, without discrimination. Higher education institutions play a strategic role in creating an inclusive academic environment through clear policies, technical support, and a disability-friendly campus culture. This article reports on the Seminar Pendidikan Inklusif bagi Penyandang Disabilitas di Perguruan Tinggi, held on October 1, 2024, by Universitas Global Jakarta. The event was attended by university members and representatives from special education schools, featuring Prof. Dr. Asep Supena, M.Psi. as the keynote speaker. The seminar aimed to enhance the understanding and skills of academic staff in delivering inclusive education services by disseminating concepts, policies, adaptations, accommodations, and necessary modifications. The results indicated an increased awareness among participants regarding the implementation of the three key elements of inclusive education—policy, technical, and cultural—as well as the importance of physical accessibility such as guiding blocks, braille labels, audio announcers, and tactile maps. In conclusion, this activity contributes to strengthening the capacity of higher education institutions in fostering an equitable and disability-friendly learning environment.
