Balanced nutrition is a dietary pattern that meets the body’s nutritional needs proportionally to support growth and health. The 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data show a prevalence of undernutrition among children under five of 17.7%, an increase in obesity, and anemia affecting 48.9% of women of reproductive age. This community service activity aimed to improve the community’s knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) regarding balanced nutrition. The program was carried out at Posyandu RW 05 (Cendrawasih A), Cilodong Village, involving 39 mothers aged 20–50 years. Education was provided by pharmacists and pharmacy students through leaflet distribution and the completion of KAP questionnaires. The results showed that 100% of respondents understood the importance of daily fruit and vegetable consumption, 97.5% knew the benefits of breakfast and iron-rich foods, 67.5% had a positive attitude toward food variety, and 60% regularly monitored their children’s weight. These findings highlight the need for continuous education and community-based interventions to promote healthy eating behaviors and support children’s nutritional status.
