Development of a School Website for Information Services at TKIT Al-Hadits

Abstract

This community service program was carried out with the objective of designing, developing, and implementing a web-based school information system at TKIT Al-Hadits, serving as the primary medium for institutional information dissemination as well as a technology-based learning platform. The background of this activity is driven by the increasing need of educational institutions to utilize information technology in order to support adaptive, effective, and publicly transparent educational processes. The implementation method consisted of several stages: system requirements planning, user interface design, software development using a Content Management System (CMS), functionality and security testing, content management training, and the handover of the system to the school. The results of the implementation show that the developed website has successfully improved the quality of information services, strengthened the school’s public image, and served as an efficient and interactive communication medium between the school and all stakeholders. The sustainability of this program is expected to support the school’s digital transformation through regular content updates and ongoing system maintenance.
