Abstract

The design of an android-based marine biota introduction and learning media application uses the ADDIE model with 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The following are the results of a survey after the activities and implementation of the application carried out by media experts, subject matter experts, and students themselves regarding the feasibility of an android-based marine biota introduction and learning educational application as a children's learning medium: First, with a feasibility level of 72.8%, the media quality assessment by media experts is considered feasible. Second, with a feasibility percentage of 85%, the evaluation of the content by material experts produced good findings. Third, with a feasibility level of 79.4%, comments from parents or students on the use of the application are classified as very feasible. It can be concluded that the development of learning media applications with Android is suitable for use as a means of teaching children to learn about marine life and can be used in PAUD under the supervision of accompanying teachers and parents of students
